Elf with presents Christmas card

This is the card we made today with My Stamper's Club. We learned how to make fake snow. Lots of fun. All you need is some white card stock and a cheese greater. I got the idea for the elf card from this blog Sunny Stampin . She made a great video. The elf is made with the ornament punch. If you have any question just let me know.

Sizzix Daisies Flower Care

This card was inspired by Sharon Field's card. I used the Sizzix die call Daisies flower #2 114520. I used Elegant Eggplant and Very Vanilla card stock from Stampin Up. Tea Party Stroller Card

How cute is this? I saw this on Jill's Card Creations and knew I had to try it. This card used the scallop circle by Stampin Up Sizzix 113468. The paper is Tea Party 113992, Pretty in Pink 100459 and Almost Amethyst 102158. The stroller wheels have the Designer Brads flower 112579 and the Flower fusion too 112006. I used the new eyelet border punch 113692. This was a fun card. Thanks Jill for the great idea.

Have you seen this set yet? LOVE IT The ribbon is So Saffran Poly-Twill. It ties great. So far I have made about 50 of these. I am making all of those for a swap. Bloomin Get Well

Well my new computer is up and running and now I am able to move around in internet at a speed other than snail speed. It great!
This is a card I made for a swap I joined. It is with Bloomin Beautiful. I colored it in with Stampin Up Marker Brocade Blue. I add glitter on the flowers to make them pop.

Flowers on your birthday card

I just love this Stampin Up stamp set Bloomin' Beautiful. The colors I used are all Stampin Up. They are Garden Green, So Saffron, and Rose Red. I colored in the flower with an aqua painter. The edges were inked with a sponge dapper. They are always good to use if you don't want ink on your fingers. This in one of the cards that will be done at my Sept 7th card class. Fun with Chalk

This is a very fun card. I stamped the main image from Fresh Cuts stamp set by Stampin up with Versamark. The Versamark is great for chalk. The technique is called Poppin Pastels. Once you stamp the Versamark you use sponge dappers and tap the chalk over the Versamark. The chalk sticks to the Versamark. I used all different colors of Stampin Up's chalk. This is a gate card. Christmas Line

It's time to start thinking about Christmas. I just love this new Stampin Up Stamp set. It's called Holiday line up. Tart and Tangy is the stamp set I used . The paper is summer picnic. The ribbon is real red wide grosgrain. This stamp set is in the current mini catalog. You can only buy it till June 30. For this card I used water color pencils. I stamped with Stazon then colored them in and used the aqua painters to blend the color in. The big h is covered with green duel beads. This is one of the cards I did with my Stamper's Club this month. The chipboard is the little heart at the bottom of the card. The flower was colored in with chalk. I used the white gel pen to make the squiggles. I dyed the chipboard using a stampin dabber. I rubbed it into the ink pad and them rubbed it directly onto the chipboard. I just the multi purpose glue and dipped it in to the chunky glitter. I love the way this card turned out.

Having Fun with Shaving Cream

This is Sassy Suzie. She is from the Occasions Mini Collection. I used the shaving cream technique. It is very easy. I use a Styrofoam tray and cover it with a layer of shaving cream. Take a reinker and add drops all over the shaving cream. To do a card front you only need about 4 or 5 drops. Take a stick and swirl the reinker into the shaving cream. Don't swirl too much or you will mix the reinker with the shaving cream too much. After you are done swirling lay your card stock face down into the shaving cream. Push in to make sure it is covered. Peel the card stock out of the shaving and wipe off the shaving cream. If you have a bowl scraper in your kitchen that would work nice if you don't use a tongue depressor or a scrap piece of card stock. After you get off most of the shaving cream use a paper towel and dry your paper. The card stock will be a little moist, let it dry for a couple of minutes or heat it with your heat tool. Then you are all done! Have fun.

No Peek Bag Topper

This is a no peek bag topper. I wheeled the bag in brillant blue with the happy birthday wheel. I used my markers and colored the spaceship in then huffed on it to remoisen the ink and then stamped it onto the cardstock. I used the Auzel desinger series paper. The Birthday wishes is a level one hostess set. What is great about using these is you don't have to use tissue paper and that they can't peek. I made these at my last 2 workshops this past weekend. Make A Wish

Here is the first card that my New Stamper's club made. The technique for this month was Dazzling Diamond Dust. The cupcake top has the Dazzling Diamond Dust technique. The technique is very easy. First you stamp your image. When the images are dried completely cover the entire image with Versamark. Sprinkle Iridescent Ice embossing powder over the versamark and heat set. That's its. It looks so sparkle. On the inside of the card I used the stipple brush and pounced it in Blue Bayou and pounced it on the card stock.

I fell in love with this stamp set. It is 2 step stamping. I used blue bayou, bashful blue, old olive, and certainly celery. The Thanks so much is from the new catalog. I embossed the thanks so much and used the ticket punch to trim the corners. The ribbon is new. Stripped bashful blue. You just got to love it. I know I do! Thanks for looking.

Mouse Valentine box

This is a 2579 box. My stamper's club will be making this project this weekend. The real red cardstock is wheeled with So Swirly. I stamped the Mouse with black Stazon onto watercolor cardstock. The stamp set is Happy Heart Day. I outlined the image with Stampin Up Markers and blended them with an aqua painter. I love the look and it gets me to use my markers. I have been using my watercolor crayons for a long time and I am glad to change us a bit. Thanks for looking.

I am loving this new catalog. This is one of the new stamp sets Pun Fun. The desinger series paper is Azure. I colored in the whale with my Stampin Up Markers and blended it with an aqua painter. This makes the image look watercolored. I really like the look.

This is my Christmas thank you card. I love the dashing designer series paper. It is a shame it is being retired. Oh well out with the old and in with the new. There are a lot of cool paper in the new catalog. I colored in the crab with my aqua painter and watercolor crayons. The paper is 4/14 x 11 and folded at 51/2 and I scored it at 6 on one side. I attached to medium eyelets so it opens from the side. The fold is a little different I like it. I am going to try to post more often. It has been a busy two months. Bag envelope with Pomegranate ribbon

Here is a cute bag I made out of an extra large SU! envelope. The way you make it is seal the envelope. Take a tag punch and punch down the side of the envelope till the handle and the bottom is the size you want it. That is it. It is pretty simple. The ribbon around the top is the Purely Pomegranate Satin ribbon. It feels so soft. I just love it. The stamp set is Punch Pals. I have a bag of Cocoa but you can barely see it. Let me know what you think.

Christmas Double Pocket card

This is my first double pocket card. This is the Dashing Desinger Series paper. I used the Real Red and Old Olive 5/8" Grosgrain ribbon, with the Jumbo Antique Brass eyelets. They are perfect for threading the ribbon through. If you look at the bottom of the card there is a rhinestone brad.
I stamped this card with a set from the Mini catalog called Love & Joy. This set is great because you can use your 3/4th inch circle punch to punch out the words for the center of Joy. I used a Stampin' Dimensional to make the merry stand out. I also stamped the tags with Many Merry Messages. Let me know what you think.

This was a candy bar slide I made for a swap. It is really easy to make, and very yummy to eat!

I used the Desinger series paper Creepy Crawly . I cut the words off the paper and inked the edges (a project is not finished till the edges are inked!) I framed the with more Creepy Crawly paper. The cat stamp is one of the hostess stamp sets called Party Punch.

I am loving this Simply Sent card set. I was playing with it to see what other cards can be made with this. This is one of them. The colors are Certainly Celery and Bashful Blue and Cameo Coral. Friendship shapes it the stamp set. The tag comes out. I inked all the edges. I stamped the Bashful Blue with the circle stamp and punched it out with the scallop circle then cut down to the second ring. I stamped the stamp again with Cameo Coral and cut out the flower and attached it with a Stampin' dimensional. Let me know what you think.

I am ready for Halloween and here is a card to get it started. I used Orchid Opulence CS and dyed the ribbon to match. I used the color spritzler tool with the Orchid Opulence marker and sponged the edges. I love the way the color spritzler tool looks. It is great because it can be used with any size marker. You can just take out the barrow and a bigger marker will fit. The closer you are to the paper the bigger the spray spots. The farther you are from the paper the smaller the spots are. The stamp set it Booglie Eyes. And the card is not finished till the edges are inked. Thanks for looking.

My Wow Christmas Card

This is my WOW card. I love the way it turned out. This was one of my swaps I did at Regionals last Saturday. I stamped glossy cardstock with Versamark and sprinkled clear embossing powder over it. Then heat set it. The background was also stamped with Versamark to give it the watermark look. I took a cotton ball and put rubbing alcohol on it. Then I used bashful blue and nights of navy reinker. I put 3 drops of each color on it and them pounced the cotton ball on to the glossy paper. Once it was dried I used a tissue and wiped the color off the embossed images. The stamps that were used were The Snowflake Spot , Holidays & Wishes, Bold Snowflakes jumbo wheel. Card Candy

I have started a new swap with other Stampin' Up Demonstrator for Card Candy and I want to explain and show some of the candy so they could see what it was all about. Card Candy is embellishments that you can remove and use on your cards or scrapbook pages. The card candy embellishment gets Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of it and stuck to wax paper that way it peels off. You place that into a cello bag and put a topper on top that says "Card Candy". My customers love it. It is easy to use when you are make a card. You have your card stock folded and you just add your card candy and there is your finished card. I just started making it this summer and I love to see what everyone comes up with. I use it at my workshop as a gift to my customers when the place an order. It is always neat to see what people like.

My Christmas Stamp a Stack

These are the 5 cards I am doing for my next 2 Stamp a Stacks in October. I have been in a lot of swaps over the summer and I have gotten some great stuff. Two of the cards I received in a swap. The Christmas tree I received from Carol Slack. I have changes her card a little but she gave me great ideas for the silver and the blue. I just love that card. The Let it Snow card I received in a swap from Brenda Witt. I love the bold snowflake wheel and the Big on Christmas stamp set. They went together perfect. The Santa card with the bow I found on Splitcoasterstamper and it was made by Troublesmom. I couldn't find her fun candy but I thought the bow went well with it. I also found cute light bulbs they will be able to use also. The Santa card I made has no stamping in it at all. I used all punches. The last card of the bunched, Happy Holidays, I used glossy paper and the new jumbo eyelets. They works so well with the Crop-A-Dile. That is all for now, let me know what you think. Grey Christmas Card

My up line Janet had a meeting and this was one of our make -n-takes. It was very easy to do and turned out so pretty that I decided to use it as a make-n-that at my next workshop. My customers really liked it. I would of never thought of using the Charbon Designer Series Paper for a Christmas card. I really like the basic gray paper. And you get 40 sheets. That makes a lot of cards! It also featured the Pretties Kit. I just love the rhinestone brads. It also used the new Taffeta Ribbon. Let me know what you think.

Oh So Lovely Card

I love this card. The cute little bee buttons I got at Micheal's. I am making this card at a workshop this weekend. This card has the new colors (Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky) and the new hostess level one set (Oh So lovely). It also uses Stem Sayings stamp set. I colored it in with an aqua painter.

Scratch and Sniff

This is a scratch and sniff card I just made. I used orange kool aid with embossing powder and make it stick with versamark reinker.

It smells so good!
