This is a no peek bag topper. I wheeled the bag in brillant blue with the happy birthday wheel. I used my markers and colored the spaceship in then huffed on it to remoisen the ink and then stamped it onto the cardstock. I used the Auzel desinger series paper. The Birthday wishes is a level one hostess set. What is great about using these is you don't have to use tissue paper and that they can't peek. I made these at my last 2 workshops this past weekend.
